Return and Exchange Policy

【Product error / Defects / Damages】

We will exchange the product or refund your payment. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will inform you with instructions as soon as possible.
*We will cover any shipping fees arising from returns and exchanges.

  1. Please notify us by replying to the "Shipment Notification" email. If the product is defective or damaged, please attach a photo.
  2. Our staff will contact you with further instructions.

【Returns and exchanges due to customer's personal circumstances and preferences】

As a general rule, we do not accept returns of non-defective products. Although we visually inspect the products and remove any rot or insects, some may be mixed in. If you are concerned, please send the product back to us at your own expense and we will exchange it for a new one. In this case, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

【Cases in which we cannot accept returns or exchanges】

  • When more than 6 days have passed after the product arrived.
  • If the product has been used.
  • If the product itself, packaging, or accessories are damaged or missing.
  • If the recipient differs from the person who ordered the product.
